Second arrest for Hindering Prosecution

The Choctaw County Sheriffs Office is currently working to assist the Butler Police Department with a murder which occurred Monday, December 2, 2019, at the apartments located on Vanity Fair Drive.

At 4:35P.M., the Butler Police Department along with the Choctaw County Sheriffs Office has made a second additional arrest today.  Allan D’Mon James has been arrested for Hindering Prosecution.

Further arrests are expected.
