Multiple Drug Arrests

On Friday, December 22, 2017, the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Office went to 2340 Narrow Road, Needham, Alabama to execute a warrant.  Upon entry into the residence deputies observed narcotics and began to investigate.  After a search of the residence, more narcotics were discovered.  Items recovered included meth, an assortment of pills, marijuana, pipes, syringes, scales, straws, lighters, spoons with residue, and a stolen sign.  Nicholas Kyle Massengale was arrested for two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana 2nd degree, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Theft of Property 4th degree.  Justin Adams was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana 2nd degree, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  Jenna Leann Presley was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana 2nd degree, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  All three suspects are currently being held at the Choctaw County Jail.
