Deputy Position Opening for Certified Alabama Officer

The Choctaw County Sheriff’s Office has one opening for the position of deputy sheriff.  Applicants should be certified law enforcement officers through the Alabama Peace Officers Standards and Training.  All applications should be completely filled out along with a resume attached.  Applicants that are considered for hiring will undergo a background check along with a pre employment drug screening.  Direct all inquiries to the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Office at (205)459-2166.  Use the application link included below for submission.  Only certified police officers will be considered.  No part time positions are available.  Deputies are paid $14.30 per hour.
