Choctaw County Fugitive Found in Oklahoma

On August 4, 2014, Edward Randall Walston was arrested and charged with Sexual Abuse 1st degree.  Walston bonded out and a warrant was issued on Walston on April 15, 2016 after he did not appear for court.  The Choctaw County Sheriff’s Office received information that Walston was in a specific area of Oklahoma.  The sheriff’s office coordinated with the U.S. Marshall’s Office in an attempt to arrest Walston.  Today, the U.S. Marshall’s apprehended Walston.  Walston will be brought back to Choctaw County, Alabama once the extradition process is concluded.
